Manual therapy, movement awareness facilitation and self management principles are used to enhance performance and improve participation. The goal is to help you acquire the knowledge and skills to live without the burden of chronic pain.

Meet the Therapist
Jonathon Dean OTR/L
Jonathon is a licensed occupational therapist with additional training and experience in pain management, myofascial release, reiki and yoga therapy. He believes in a holistic approach to therapy, taking into consideration physical and psychological factors related to recovery. Jonathon is an outdoor enthusiast. He travels throughout Alaska, and encourages clients to explore the benefits of time in nature. He arranges therapy location and treatment plans to meet each client's needs and preferences.
